Ah well... second day in Japan, I was putting my art on the wall, and when I finish I was speaking with Rip Zinger and we where around Thomas Campbell. I said to Rip that I stop shooting film, due the difficult of finding films to buy and places to process... he mention that with Thomas, and Thomas look at me and said really slowly, "you should never stop shooting with film...", and he repeat that three times... those words stick into my head and after I came back to Brasil I think a lot about it... and decide that I should quit digital and shoot film exclusively... Everything went right and I exchange all my equipment to two cameras with two lenses... two dreams come true.. a brand new Pentax 67II with a 75mm f4.5 and a classic Nikon F3 with a 50 f1.4.
I got in touch with super famous Santos photographer Marcos Piffer and he was SO kind to exchange 20 rolls of TriX 400 for 2 of my originals signed... what a honour....
Ah... and my mustache is getting bigger....

Hi!jair! GENKI?
your decision is very cool!
and mustache is too!
Acho genial e corajoso vc decidir ficar só no filme, ainda mais aqui onde tudo é difícil e caro. Mas o thomas tem razão, nunca parar com o filme. Eu nunca parei.
Adoro o trabalho do Marcos Piffer !
Mustache ? Ah, tenho que ver de perto! rsrsrs...
